Fabulous detached villa with 453 m² built on an 804 m² plot, featuring a garden, private pool, barbecue, garage for two cars, and an interior elevator. Enjoy beautiful views of the idyllic village of Canet de Mar, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and town center. Only 35 minutes by car to central Barcelona and 40 minutes to the stunning beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.



This fully renovated property is spread over two floors. The main floor offers a spacious entrance, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The large, bright living-dining room is surrounded by windows, letting you enjoy city and garden views from the sofa. The kitchen is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and a table with its own TV. There is also a laundry and ironing room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This floor is entirely exterior, with a terrace and balcony accessible directly from two bedrooms. The living room and master bedroom on this floor have air conditioning.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee, upon request. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 cannot check in. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. Family property.

Heerlijke plek

Wij hebben genoten van Villa Berganti. Comfortabel en schoon huis (note: wij waren slechts met z'n 4en) , fijn zwembad, dicht bij heerlijk strand (niet druk, superfijne heldere zee) En niet te vergeten fijne ontvangst en service van zeer aardige gastvrouw.
