Boutique mountain condo with BREATH-TAKING views in the heart of it all!

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate shower. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.

We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.

The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.

Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

In the condo we have a binder including many suggestions on places to explore in the area. Come and indulge yourself in this cozy boutique mountain retreat--you will find out why Canmore has always been our happy place. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Loved the room two showers was awesome! View was super nice, location was great as well, underground parking was a major plus. Only one downside was the hot tub didn’t have any jet settings and was a little run down, however it was still beautiful on the roof. Would stay again for sure!

Best family-friendly place we have EVER stayed. The kitchen had more cooking supplies than our home! We really appreciated the ample tupperware, water bottles, ice packs, and baggies for outdoor adventures with our kids. Our pack n play fit perfectly in the little alcove off the master bedroom, so it almost felt like our one-year-old had his own room. He loved the bath toys and stuffies. Our older child loved all the comic books, games, and having a queen bed and bedroom to herself! Walking distance to the pool, restaurants, and playgrounds. Unit was spotlessly clean. We will definitely recommend this spot to other families and hope to stay here again.

Perfect location! We enjoyed downhill skiing at Sunshine resort and Lake Louise, local hiking and cross country skiing and spent a day at the Nordic spa! The condo was perfect location to everything and so comfortable during the cold snowy winter weather. Spectacular holidays in the Rockies!

Our stay was exemplary! The location has beautiful views and is within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything from spices to laundry supplies.My only suggestion is making the instructions/directions on how to get to the hot tub a bit more clear as they aren't easy to locate. Nice space with a good view of mountains. Easy access to the grocery store and hardware stores and Banff and Canmore. Whole area was clean and pretty quiet for "in-town". Perfect place to stay in the Rockies!

We loved staying in Canmore as it was just a quick trip north to everything we wanted to do. We even spent one day in Canmore hiking up to Grassi Lakes and Quarry Lake as well as seeing the Engine Bridge. We loved the downtown - so similar to Banff but with less people! The condo was in a perfect location so we could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the downtown shops. The mountain view was incredible! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including access to a workout room and hot tub. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!
