If you are visiting Banff National Park, Norma & Bernardo's place in Canmore is where you should be staying. It is clean, has a well serviced kitchen and is walking distance from groceries. The hosts were prompt in response to our queries. Look no further.

I travelled to Canmore to attend a family wedding. Most family members were staying at the Solara resort and I was lucky enough to be able to book this beautiful condo. Check-in was seamless!The kitchen is stunning & had everything available to make the couple of suppers we had at the condo. There is a bbq on the deck which we took advantage of & was a fantastic bonus!The bedrooms are a great size & the beds very comfortable. We used the pull-out couch. This was the only blemish, it was broken & could not be folded back into the couch. It was not a huge deal at all because we were so busy with other functions that we literally came back to the condo most nights & crawled into bed. It didn’t deter one thing about our stay. And Bernardo let me know prior to checking in that it wasn’t working. The car-park was a bit confusing as was getting between buildings but we figured it out. The pool & hot tub were great for relaxing & another nice bonus. The location of this condo could not be more convenient. It was literally a 5 km drive to almost anywhere in Canmore. All in all I could not have asked for a better place to have stayed or to have dealt with better hosts!If you get the chance, book this condo, you will not be disappointed!!I wish I had taken more photosThanks you Bernardo & family!!

For the price you pay per night one would expect proper care for bedding. The matresses were stained along with pillows. The pullout couch was broken so could not use it. The condo itself was nice but not impressed with the bedding.

Great condo and location

The unit was clean and well appointed and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The location is outstanding for enjoying Banff, the town is a lot of fun and the location is very walkable. The only hiccup was the elevator was being worked on the first couple of days we were there, but once it was up and running, that made a big difference. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a very satisfying stay at this cozy apartment in a fantastic location—perfect for exploring Banff, Canmore and the surrounding areas. Although the elevators were temporarily out of order due to renovations, it wasn’t much of an issue since we were on the 2nd floor. The host had also proactively offered help with our luggage, which was much appreciated. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and everything from amenities to parking was well communicated and easy to navigate. Highly recommend this spot for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Enjoyed the stay

We enjoyed our stay. Only complain I have is that it was quite difficult, based on the directions given, to find the parking garage. Not very clear where to enter from.Also, this is more of the entire resort, rather this particular space. But the garage is spacing is quite narrow, so pull into a parking spot and pulling out is challenging. Also, with the elevators out of service, it was not fun to carry 4 bags up 2 flights for stairs.Overall the space is amazing and enjoyed the quick response and interaction with the host.
