Iron Mountain Penthouse - World-class Luxury in the Rocky Mountains

The Iron Mountain Penthouse in the Rocky Mountains is the latest addition to our Holiday Home Rentals. It's a brand new 2000 square foot Penthouse with vaulted alder ceilings, incredible views of the Rocky Mountains, Rundle Range and HaLing Peak and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The living room, dining room and enormous 2oo square foot deck all have unobstructed views to the south-west of the breathtaking, jagged Rocky Mountains. The deck has 2 infrared outdoor patio heaters so that you can enjoy the beautiful mountain views all year long! Enjoy the greenery and the sparkle from the pond below that converts to a skating rink in the winter. Take in a communal hot tub after a day hiking, biking or skiing at the Tamarack. Have a look at our Northwood Chalet Whistler, our Driftwood Beach House on the Sunshine Coast and our Mokihana House in Kauai, Hawaii as well; they are all part of our Holiday Home Rentals collection.

You can't beat the location of the Iron Mountain Loft - right below is the Spring Creek Market grocery store which is locally owned as well as the fabulous Brigette Restaurant with an outdoor patio. The City center of Canmore is just a 10-minute walk along the creek path. The vibrant Elevation Place recreation center with a swimming pool, climbing wall and fitness rooms is just a 10-minute walk.

Some of the world's best hiking is found in Kananaskis Provincial Park - all within a 10-20-minute drive. Paddleboard, kayak or raft on the Bow River while surrounded by the most beautiful mountains! Downhill ski at Sunshine, Lake Louise or Norquay for a full Rocky Mountain powder experience with so many sunny days! We absolutely love skiing at Sunshine - such a short drive and it's almost always sunny with spectacular scenery. Cross-country ski trails are also so close - just 10 minutes to the Olympic Nordic ski center with trails for all levels. If you like to get outside, Canmore has everything you want.

The Guest shall return the completed and signed rental contract to the Homeowner within 7 days of making a reservation. We require provision of government-issued ID from the guest booking the property.

We specialise in hosting family and multigenerational getaways. Guests of all ages are welcome when travelling with parents or grandparents. We are unable to accommodate bookings made up exclusively of guests under 30 years old.

Generous Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation and we are able to secure a replacement reservation for some or all of your dates, we will provide a refund to you of up to 90% of the lesser amount of your reservation cost or the new reservation cost. The place was beautifully designed and kitchenware was plentiful. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Beds were a little firm and the parking was not the easiest to find. The parking spot number was completely out of order. When we did find it, someone was parked in our spot. About a 35 min drive to Banff Sunshine and a little over an hour to Lake Louise ski resort.

I would stay again, very comfortable for three adults couples. Great kitchen amenities and looks exactly like what is shown online. The area is really nice and walkable, close to the downtown area. Best restaurant in that area two floors just below the condo!!

Beautiful property in excellent location! We loved our time there being able to walk to downtown Canmore and also so close to Banff! I will say the parking spaces are TIGHT - wouldn’t normally be a problem but we had rented an oversized car (jeep wagoneer) and it was stressful parking it in assigned spot in the parking garage - made the ability to walk to so much even better! The property was gorgeous - definitely would stay there again!

Iron Mountain Loft Perfection

We stayed in Canmore at the Iron Mountain Loft for three nights. The accommodation is spectacular, spacious and spotless. The town of Canmore is beautiful and pleasant. Hike the trail along the Bow River. Great scenic photo opts at the Canmore Engine Bridge.Banff is about a 25-30 minute drive and Lakes Noraine and Louise are another 45 minutes or so away from Banff. However, all are well worth the drives.Incredible landscape scenery and Iron Mountain Loft is a perfect home base for it all.Thank you!

Iron Mountain Loft luxury with views

The Iron Mountain Loft in Canmore is all you would hope for in vacation rental. Hosts were responsive and made all aspects seamless. Beautiful interior with 3 Lg BRs and 3 spacious Bathrooms Full kitchen with all amenities for cooking. Outside Deck with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and 2 heating lamps for warmth. Location was perfect in wonderful Spring Creek area short walk into town along picturesque creek n mountains. Highly recommend a stay here you will be thrilled !!

Excellent Property and Location

We loved the property and the location. The only issue we had was with check in and not being able to get the proper access code to enter the building. We were sent the wrong code in error and could not get in contact with anyone to get the correct code. This was the only time communication was poor as leading up to the holiday it was excellent.

Perfect Canmore Getaway

This property is amazing, and we had a fantastic week in Canmore! Modern, cozy mountain style with lots of space. Every part of this property is wonderful - the kitchen and living room, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, and the balcony. The views are awesome, it's stocked with so many things you need, and it's in a wonderful location. Quiet, pretty, and easy to get to town along lovely walking paths. The hosts are on top of everything with great communication. We highly recommend and hope to come back here again next year!!

Our stay at Iron Mountain Loft was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the beautiful mountain views and the thoughtfully curated decor that perfectly complemented the setting. The condo was so clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals with ease. One of the biggest perks was being in the same building as Bridgette Bar—an absolute gem! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were outstanding, making it so easy to grab a delicious meal or unwind with a craft cocktail without having to go far.This rental is a true mountain retreat, offering breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and unbeatable convenience. This is the best place to stay in Canmore

Our group of 6 adults had an excellent stay at the Iron Lodge in February 2025. The presentation pictures are great, but the reality is spectacular. Every detail was well thought, and exceeded our expectations. Tastefully decorated with high end furniture and decor, comfortable beds, linens, heated balcony, the chef's kitchen, the view from the balcony... an outstanding experience. We will definitely come again. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful space!

Nice unit with outstanding view

Stayed her for 5 nights and really enjoyed the location and the impressive Decor and size of the unit. It is well located close to town and the view from the balcony couldn’t get much better. Intro to the Rockies
