Check in - cleaning went over slightly but communication with host was good and they always responded quickly. Hot tubs (2) and heated pool was great. As for the accommodations - bed was good but not as firm as we are used to. Pull out couch was also the same. Kitchen has all you need - for those who are particular there are stainless steel pots but not pans (we brought our own as it is our preference). Room is on the 2nd floor and faces the waters - no issues for noise at any time. Can keep doors open if preferred as the wind was blowing in opposite direction. Would stay again.

I loved the suite

I stayed for 2 weeks (last week June & 1 st week July). The suite was clean. Bedroom was spacious for me. Closet had lots of room for my things. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked fine. Bathroom had lots of towels and had everything you needed for a shower or bath. And for this time of the year the suite was well priced. I hope to stay there in 2026.

Disappointed in the unit. Spent an hour cleaning the patio as it was filthy. No coffee provided - had to get up and make a coffee run every morning. No kettle to make tea. Canmore was great. Would not stay at this place again.

Perfect Setting

We are a family of 3 and all 3 of us enjoyed every aspect of our stay here! There is ample room and great amenities. We were surprised at how well stocked everything was from paper products to detergent to shampoo/conditioner to cleaning products and so on. And we didn’t catch that the Parks Pass was included so that saved us some money too! It's close to town without all of the town noise and has great mountain views! We would LOVE to stay here again!

Well appointed suite with full lux kitchen and nice deep tub, ensuite laundry and looking out onto hot tubs and pool. Excellent spa with RMT and body treatments on site which was an added bonus!
