We stayed in this hotel in May 2025 so coming back was a no brainer However.. the first thing said at the front desk when I asked what direction to our room .. was that the lock on door doesn’t always work may need to try a couple of times and the water took forever to heat up .. was good to have fire place to take chill out of room…

Went on a ski trip weekend in Banff over the weekend. We stayed here and its a superb hotel, with great mountain views. Very clean and very friendly staff, will be back for sure!
