At the edge of the harbor and only moments from the Palais des Festivals, Rue Félix Faure captures the lively energy of central Cannes. Restaurants, cafés and the Croisette beaches are all within a short walk.

Located in a building facing the port, this apartment offers an exceptional location only 50 meters from the Palais.

Inside, high ceilings and large windows bring natural light into the living areas. The living room opens onto a balcony overlooking the harbor, offering a pleasant space to pause between meetings or city strolls.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects comfortably with the living space.

Four bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, dressing area and air conditioning. Several rooms also include a desk, creating practical spaces for work or preparation during business events.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
