Residenza "Il Gabbiano" is a splendid historic house located on Cannobio's lakefront.
It features large balconies with enchanting panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, and is close to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, free public parking, and a large park with a public beach, a surfing and sailing school, and boat and pedal boat rentals. I welcome friendly and respectful guests.

This charming apartment is located on the first floor of Residenza "Il Gabbiano." It was completely renovated and tastefully furnished in June 2019 and is located on Cannobio's enchanting lakefront.

The apartment's privileged location offers romantic panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and the Lombardy and Swiss shores.

The apartment is 55 square meters and comprises:
- entrance hall with mirror and coat rack
- a bright living room and dining room with satellite TV
- large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful lake view
- a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and freezer

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade, von wo aus alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist, z.B. Supermarkt, Gaststätten Bäcker, Fähranleger... Parken ist in ca. 80 m kostenlos (außer Sonntags wegen Wochenmarkt) möglich. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man vor die Haustür fahren. Mietgarage wird auch angeboten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und deren Mutter war sehr angenehm. Vereinbarungen wurden zuverlässig und pünktlich eingehalten.

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt am See

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lauras Wohnung. Sie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hat gottseidank Heizung, war nötig Anfang November. Der Blick auf den See sowohl vom Schlaf- als auch vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch.
