Sleeps 16 in beds, and plenty more space upstairs and in game room. Sit outside on the wrap around porch by the pool / fire pit and catch the beautiful E TX sunset - OR - test your pool ,shuffle boards skills in the man cave game room. Lots of board games, space to entertain and a bar area. We have two fun water options , fishing in the private pond or swim in the pool with slide and diving board.
