Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, not heatable and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the loggia (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom not heatable and with dinette, TV, electric cooker induction cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed.
2nd floor: Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with toys. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Porto Santa Margherita. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a 40 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The holiday flat is situated in Porto Santa Margherita, 2 km from Spiaggia di Ponente beach and 2.4 km from Baia Blu Beach, as well as 2.6 km from Duna Verde beach. With free private parking, the accommodation is 1.8 km from Prima Baia beach and 1.8 km from Baja Blanca Beach. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking in a carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Children's toys. TV reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and childproof sockets.
