安靜、舒適，好像自己的家。屋主很親切，但離市區較遠，購物、飲食不是很方便。停車要在路旁自己找位子，不會很難找。

乾淨、舒適、安靜。沒有停車位，但附近算好停車。廚房設備齊全。鄰居早上較早開始活動，比較難睡到自然醒。
