Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man läuft 2 Minuten zum Meer und Supermärkte, Restaurants etc sind alles in der Umgebung erreichbar. Auch der Strand ist für uns einer der besten der Insel. Die Wohnung selbst ist vielleicht nicht so modern und wir hatten einen etwas unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da wir ja nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung sein wollten sondern die Insel erkunden. Es ist aber definitiv nicht schlimm gewesen und die Wohnung macht ansonsten einen guten Eindruck mit spanischem Charme. Der Pool und die Anlage wurde außerdem jeden Tag gereinigt und man hatte zu jeder Zeit Platz auf den Liegen. Für den Preis wirklich Klasse und empfehlenswert!

30 Jahre altes Apparthotel komplett ungepflegt.

Ein 30 Jahr altes Haus mit nur einer Hand voll Bewertungen. Das hätte mich stutzig machen sollen:Die löschen jedes Jahr alle Bewertungen und fangen mit fünf Bestechungen neu an.Ich fasse die schlimmsten Details kurz:Vor der Anreise wurde ungefragt das Zimmer getauscht: Ruhige Parkplatzlage gegen Hauptverkehrsader des Orts. Naja, 30er Zone, aber alle 10 Minuten ein LKW unterhalb des Schlafzimmers!Kontakt mit Vermieter: Hat nicht stattgefunden.Sprachen: Spanisch. Und sonst nichts.Schlüssel steckte an der Tür. Logo, denn drinnen befand sich auch nichts Wertvolles.Selbst die Delonghi-Pads-Maschine ließ sich mit teueren Pads befüllen, hat aber keine Tasse Kaffe (dank Verkalkung) geschafft.WLAN grottenschlecht. Musik streamen nicht möglich. Fotos hochladen auch nicht.Der Kühlschrank ist normal und lässt sich kalt einstellen.Klimaanlage NO. Ein Lüfter.Der „Pool“ ist ein Witz. 2 mal 3 Meter und 80 cm tief. Abgesehen davon wahrscheinlich ein Mal im Monat desinfiziert/gewartet.Das absolute Grauen ist jedoch das Bad. Es riecht schon muffig, die Dichtungsmasse entfernt sich seit Jahren aus den Fugen. Handtücher werden nicht ordentlich gereinigt sondern weisen Rostspuren auf. Die Dusche hat einen Plastikvorhang und auf dem Boden nicht gereinigte Kalkrückstände.Jegliche Seife oder „Duschgel“ haben wir gemieden.Die unhygienischen Wolldecken zum Bett wollten wir besser nicht anfassen.
