Finca Ca n'Andreu (Son Jaumell): Beautiful country house in field 7. 000 m2. and overlooking the sea. It consists of two buildings: a main house with a double bedroom and a bathroom, kitchen (fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave and small appliances), living room with fireplace (TV, TV-sat, musical stereo, internet wi-fi) and a covered terrace. Situated opposite the main (about 15 meters) there is another building with a double bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a laundry room with washing machine and iron. If necessary have infant bed. Barbecue and private swimming pool 8 x 4 m. It has a salt lectrolysis system with a complete salt chlorination device. Garden and lawn. From the house you walking down rural-forest trail leads to the beach of Cala Agulla in 20 minutes as well as the historic center and medieval castle of the village of Capdepera.
