Lovely hotel

Staff and hotel were great. Hotels.com advertise free parking but it cost €19/day. Hotels.com didn't reply on the discrepancy. Lovely beach, two big pools. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet had a large selection. Staff were all very friendly. Only downside was the parking issue. If the resort had been busier we would have really struggled to find parking.

Genial!a estancia muy buena, pedimos todo incluido, desayuno y cena buffet con poca variedad pero muy buena selección. Almuerzo a la carta en un restaurant en área de piscina, muy buena calidad. La habitación más simple con hidromasaje en la habitación. Zona de spa perfecta.

The hotel was exactly as represented, a good quality resort hotel, with comfortable rooms and e excellent landscaped public areaz. But the best thing was the staff. Despite the current covid situation, they were unfailingly cheetful and helpful. They role modelled safety precautions which meant everyone in the hotel took mask-wearingand social distancing seriously. Overall we had a wonderful short break and felt safe at all times.

It was super quiet and relaxing (aside from the evening musical performances) but that was only until about 10pm. Close to the beach, nice pool and the spa was enjoyable :) Rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was really delicious.

This is an excellent hotel, well located near the beach with beautiful pool, grounds and every amenity required for rest and relaxation. Our second visit here and we will be back again!

Our first impressions of the room were very good. Perhaps a bit old fashioned in style (for our taste) but very clean and clearly well looked after. I highly recommend the Royal Terrace room. We had an amazing private rooftop terrace with sun beds, sofa, table, hot tub and shaded double bed, not to mention the amazing views of the mountains as well as the beach (room 5205) We loved just relaxing on our terrace and it was in the sun from the moment the sun rose until it set. As well as the top floor terrace upstairs we also had a massive double balcony which had doors by the bed as well as the sofa area so plenty of options to sit outside. There was a safe in the room included with the royal terrace room (otherwise €3 per day) which was useful to store valuables without needing to worry. Plenty of hanging space and drawers and free WiFi, with no password required and good speed (Although annoyingly you do have to re-sign in often, sometimes multiple times in the day) There was a fridge in the room which gets a new bottle of water each day included. You can pay to have drinks added to the fridge but we found no need for this as we were happy to walk to the bar to get drinks. Also, you can ask for unopened bottles of water in the bar to take back to your room if required.

Nice Hotel close to Beach

Hotel was well located close to lovely clean Beach, Swimming pool was very clean and excellent. Food was superb and on the Gala night was more like a work of art - fantastic. Rooms comfortable but now slightly tired and in particular the shower room (but worked well - water always hot) Did have an invasion of ants in the bed, wardrobe and shower area (invaded dressing gowns) Woke in the night with the little devils climbing over your face! Staff excellent and always friendly and helpful.

Good location in peaceful surroundings

The impression of the Hotel improved the longer we stayed. Initial impressions were that the description did not fit with reality. Whilst the main building and dining area looks quite new or recently refurbished as well as the pool area the rooms themselves, particularly bathroom and shower area are slightly tired. The gardens were a plus and whilst every day gardeners were busy in parts ivy had taken over so that they looked a little messy - much more could be made of the gardens. Without exception staff were outstanding and friendly and that was the memory we will take away with us. Food and service were exceptionally good. The main tiled area outside the pool area was badly cracked and this will no doubt be a major expense to replace in the future. In conclusion overall we would return based on location, service, food and happy memories. Warning - Do not take shuttle from Airport 3.5 hours - get a taxi despite the cost! Book a walk with Marcel - great experience.

Perfect! Simply wonderful, tranquil and relaxing

It was a perfect holiday! Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful setting. Very tranquil and relaxing. Everything available to do nothing, go nowhere and just relax and unwind. Together with excellent services in the spa. We enjoyed a royal terrace suite which meant we needed for nothing and had complete privacy. We will definitely go back. Just one thing...whilst the food was excellent quality it would have been nice to see more variance in the cold counters and a little less German orientated, although it is a German dominated hotel (which wasn't a problem just be nice they cater more for other internationals and/or typical Spanish). The last night was a summer gala special night which was amazing. A strong 9.5 out of 10

Very charming hotel for a short break

My wife and I spent 5 days at the end of May 2017 in the Royal Terrace. The roof terrace was just what we needed and I would recommend this is the room that make your stay. Food was good and varied, evening entertainment was to a good standard. (just one small gripe, on the Summer evening meal you had to sit with other people on a table of eight or more, this is something we did not want to do and felt uneasy and made head of entertainment aware of this, but nothing could be changed)

Very comfortable hotel

Very pretty suits with tasteful decor and plenty of space. Hotel is like a little park, very quiet and nice with a beautiful beach 3 min walk. Also nice for hiking! Absolutely recommendable for a quiet luxury stay that is not over the top i.e. it is a very comfortable hotel with decent standard but not super class. Only item to critisize is the quality of cleaning which can be managed via the very friendly staff.

Perfect in every way

Having read the reviews I was really looking forward to my stay here and was certainly not disappointed. The welcome from reception on our arrival was brilliant, all of the staff spoke really good English and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The room, a Junior Suite was lovely, spacious and immaculate with everything you could need. The food selection both at breakfast and dinner was very varied and of extremely good quality. Whilst the location was a little remote, that suited me fine. There were so many nice touches, that little bit extra that made a real difference. The frozen towels given out around the pool area around midday and the little snacks and drinks that were offered around 5pm were most appreciated. If I was to be hyper critical, the evening entertainment occasionally wasn't great but compared to some of the hotels I've endured in the past this was a minor issue. The daytime entertainment was fun and not in your face. Everything was geared towards you having a really good time and I'd definitely recommend this hotel

Adult only hotel. Close to a fantastic beach.

From the moment I arrived and was offered a glass of cava to the call I had the evening before I left to ask if I would need and early breakfast. I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were excellent. There was a great choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was all inclusive and where many hotels restrict some dishes and premium drinks this one certainly did not. I was travelling alone but did not feel at all out of place. I have no issue with children being a grandmother of a 7 year old, but it was nice on this occasion just to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Pool was great. The spa although I didn't have any treatments looked great and I did use their pool and jacuzzi. There is a small gym and I wish I had brought my kit with me! The entertainment was enjoyable. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Why is it only 4 star!!!

Transfer from airport was rather long and took 2.5hrs as many other holidaymakers were dropped of first. Had a lovely warm greeting from reception and was given a choice of rooms to choose from. Arriving just after lunch and being full board I was given a ticket to get lunch at the poolside bar. I could choose anything I wanted on the menu, plus dessert. Room was just the website showed and fulfilled all my expectations. At dinner ordering a table for one was not an embarrassment at all, staff allowed me to choose my seating and again were very friendly. Huge variety of good quality food available, though dessert cakes for were all from a box/packet. Would have been nice to have some made on site. The hotel offered a range of activities from off site trips to exercise classes. These were great fun and a nice way for me as a solo traveller to meet other guests (majority of which were German). Wonderful place to get away from it all and as an adult only hotel was simply the best.

Hidden gem perfect for peace and quiet.My 3rd time

Adults only-peace and quiet great food great staff a perfect place to unwind -you will not be disappointed! Staff smiling and helpful -customers mainly European few Brits Food plentiful fresh and delicious despite being buffet style it is excellent quality( a la carte lunch)
