The best of the best
What an incredible property! We have stayed in many great gites over the years but this one tops the lot.
You have total privacy in the gite with a private pool, terrace and gardens coupled with an inside space that gives family and friends privacy and social spaces as required.
The gite is very well appointed with aircon throughout plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is incredible with exceptional appliances and every conceivable gizmo for cooking..plus multiple corkscrews just in case you buy a a case of Petrus from St Emilion.
The gite was clean as a whistle throughout, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely with a nice addition of a heated towel rail to help dry your towels or swimming costumes.
Mark and Sonia had set us up with a few essentials also which was a nice surprise, a bottle of rosé in the fridge, some snacks and a full bag of BBQ coals and lighters which we managed to use... alot.
When you stay in a gite, other than the property itself what really makes the holiday is the hosts. Mark and Sonia were fab, from the warm greeting to the occasional unintrusive check in to make sure were we OK..a truly lovely couple.
We would return here in a heartbeat, there was really nothing we would want to change to improve our experience.
