We stayed here before getting on our cruise. Although the hotel was crowded, the staff did all they could to make things go smoothly and there was plenty of delicious food at breakfast. The pool area was the nicest pool we have ever had at a hotel. The hotel was clean and very close to our port and restaurants.

I gave a 4 because one of the towels was stained and looked like blood, and the coffee was really bad. Otherwise the location is convenient and close to the port terminal

My one nigh.t stay was amazing. We had a great view of the pool, so I was able to keep an eye on my teens without actually being there. Emily the Hotel Desk clerk was wonderful, she even remembered me from previous trip.

The hotel was nice. The morning front desk person was super rude though. We left and my daughter realized she left her AirPods in our room, so we went back right away. Asked the front desk lady if we could get back in the room. She started mumbling loudly that she couldn’t believe how stupid people were in what they left in their rooms. Just mean. Won’t go back because of her.
