Our flight was delayed and we did not make it to the hotel until after 2 am. They were great and got us checked in as soon as possible. The hotel room was very clean. We will book here next time also.

Only complaint is that the hotel is listed supplying a shuttle to the port and it’s incredibly misleading considering it’s a third party that you get charged for when the wording lead all the guests I spoke with to believe the shuttle was included with the room rate. Bait and switch imo

The interior was nice and had a very open feel. Which is nice because I swear the entire hotel was standing in the lobby when we checked out. The room was clean with wonderful sheets and the bathroom was quite big.
