Quiet and close to the beach!

We were there for a sailing regatta and the location and comfort fit our needs beautifully. Would recommend and stay again.

Not as advertised

Not worth 3000. Would’ve been much better at a four-star hotel. Front porch filthy. Back porch doors rusted and extremely difficult to open. View of laundry machines and a giant electrical cord. Building itself run down and unkept. Place had a stale smell. Shades down everywhere as better not to see neighborhood. Fun artwork on walls, great coffee variety, nice, bright lighting in kitchen, but overall an uncomfortable experience. Frankly, I feel cheated.

Clean beautifully decorated

This place is perfect. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo extra. We stay one night before our cruise. It was clean and with a well stocked kitchen. We would totally stay again.
