The spacious backyard has a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards and a covered porch. Enjoy the scenery from inside the large open kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling windows. Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area & RO water dispenser. There is also a full house water filtration system and a whole house automatic generator, in case of a power outage. Beach chairs and towels also provided. *The hot tub is not in operation during the summer months, but the community swimming pool is within walking distance. While we value your privacy there is a security camera on the front of house only and is only monitored if necessary. The POA requires that all rentals sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas.
