I booked a one-night stay for a friend at Parks Spring Hotel, and the experience fell below expectations. From indications, the wrong room was assigned, and the room had mosquitoes, which affected comfort during the night. There was also an issue with the bathroom door. Reception was contacted for assistance, but no one came to address the problem. Breakfast quality was poor, and overall customer service was not responsive. Additionally, one staff member behaved unprofessionally by hitting on my guest, which raised serious concerns about guest comfort and professionalism. Based on experience, improvements are clearly needed.

super clean, loved the pool area, good breakfast, spacious rooms, and very nice staff. much better than we expected the web site made it look a simple place but this was much nicer, looks pretty new and very well kept.

The staff was great until someone tried accusing me of supposedly damaging some property in the room. They stated I left burn marks from an iron on the mattress. I didn’t even have an iron and there was no iron in the room either. The accusations are completely false in their attempt to collect money for damages I did not do. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This hotel is a gem. I came to visit the University of Cape Coast and found this hotel, which I believe is the closest to the university. The pool is marvelous. The rooms are tidy with working air conditioning and internet. There is free breakfast which is delicious. When I return to Cape Coast, I will be staying here. Thank you!

Park Spring Hotel exceeded all my expectations and left me truly impressed. I traveled from Chicago to Ghana with my wife and cousin, and after having several disappointing experiences with hotels in Ghana, I wasn’t expecting much. However, this establishment completely turned that narrative around. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff and the attentiveness of the owner stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable but memorable. The professionalism and warmth displayed by everyone at the hotel truly made us feel welcome and valued. The room we stayed in was immaculate. It was not only exceptionally clean but also meticulously maintained, with every detail perfectly in place.
