I booked a one-night stay for a friend at Parks Spring Hotel, and the experience fell below expectations. From indications, the wrong room was assigned, and the room had mosquitoes, which affected comfort during the night. There was also an issue with the bathroom door. Reception was contacted for assistance, but no one came to address the problem.
Breakfast quality was poor, and overall customer service was not responsive. Additionally, one staff member behaved unprofessionally by hitting on my guest, which raised serious concerns about guest comfort and professionalism. Based on experience, improvements are clearly needed.
