Beautiful newly remodeled lakefront 3-4 bedroom 2-1/2 bath pool home with den for extra sleeping or office space. Granite countertop kitchen with new appliances, equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Home is located on a lake with access to the intercoastal waterway(no bridges) and Gulf of Mexico. Heated pool(for extra fee) with outdoor shower in large, screened lanai. Located in nice neighborhood halfway between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Perfect for a family getaway.

NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $20/day (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay) If you would like the pool heated just let us know and we will send you the extra fee.
