The apartment was pretty much as advertised, and is small. It was clean and ready for us to move in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, they were both very nice. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and very nice. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable and there’s only one TV with an antenna in the living room.

Wonderful stay

This is our second time staying. It’s very convenient to our needs. Bed is comfortable, kitchen is pretty well equipped. Hot tub and pool are perfect, and appreciate having access to laundry.

Perfect location

My son and I visited a Cape Coral to check out the beaches in the area and pick up a MN Twins Spring Trainjng game. I chose this quaint little apartment and pool and hot tub because it was in a great location and it's affordable price located in a quiet neighborhood. Judi, our Property Manager, W Was very helpful and polite and friendly during the whole course of our stay. This was a top notch building and top notch management all the way through. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and how quiet the neighborhood was. I recommend this for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance of a small beach, grocery store, gym and everything else we might need. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.
