Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a VRBO, the toilet was clogged up as soon as we used, it took 2 days to fix and interrupting our vacation, the back screen on lanai, ripped and lock is broken, no window covering on kitchen window, front door lock would not lock unless you wiggled when closing, the Host was rude and threatening, when we finally left while repair man was still working, we came back and the front door was not locked , I would never recommend this rental and i believe it shouldn’t even be included in your VRBO property listing!If you look back I have never complained about any of the dozen or so VRBO s I’ve rented in the past ! VACATION WAS RUINED!I should have contacted you when this was happening!

,I did not stay there, but they still charged my account I was looking for a place to stay while my condo was being worked on, Wednesday the 27th of March. for a stay the 29th thru the 5th of April after looking at all the options I tried to aquire the house in question, but no reply or anything, so I made other arrangements, then on Thurs the 28th I see my debit card is charged, which put my account in negative balance. I canceled on the 28th before the deadline which says 100% refund by the 28th, still no reply. I also emailed the Host with no communication frustrating made Please Help

Screened in patio was wonderful for sitting and having my coffee every morning! You can walk to almost anything you need. This was my second stay at this house and coming back again next year....I think that says it all !!

Let me start by saying I would return if this was available again. But, renters should be aware it's not as amazing as it looks. Decor is updated but the house has some areas needing repair (damaged wood work, broken ceiling fans) The advertised Tiki Hut is not in shape to entertain people in, but we weren't planning on that anyway. We had a couple major issues when we checked in and they were resolved within 24 hours. Location is great for walking to stores, restaurants, and driving to and from. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from the road across the canal, but it's easy to ignore.

Very nice house and great location!!

The house was very nice and the location was great. Pretty much everything you need was in the House. 2 bed 2 bath with a pull out couch was great. If you are a boater then this may be for you as there is a dock on a canal with a boat rental down the street. Very happy with the stay and would rent again.

It’s a wonderful location. Walking distance to many places. Overall I had a good experience. T

The house was very clean and neat when we arrived. Found a few minor glitches and conveyed them to the owner who plans to put them right. He was very responsive to any requests we had. The location is in the older part of Cape Coral and very laid back. Found ourselves enjoying the screened in patio in the evening! Of course we had awesome weather which helped.

Clean, close to highways, perfect for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral, as it was very clean, convenient, and had two full baths which made traveling with my brother more comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen included scissors, allowing me to cut an article out of the paper, and it was well organized. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch. The house would have been more comfortable with curtains on the bedroom windows, which would have blocked both light and sound.

March Break Getaway.

Great house. Well equipped and close to the beaches. Very comfortable setting along the canal. Perfect for someone who has a boat. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
