The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, in close proximity to restaurants, shopping or just an easy bike ride to the Eco Park Area. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport.
