As you settle in for the day, you will catch the most beautiful, colorful POOLSIDE sunsets here!! The pool heater is electric and set between 80-85 degrees year round with no extra charge. With the entire back yard enclosed by a privacy fence, you can enjoy your own private oasis!

Lanai & Pool- Outdoor furniture, bar and bar stools, outdoor smart tv, outdoor fridge, outdoor dining set, barbecue grill, Pebbletec heated pool with two pool loungers, variety of pool toys/floats. **The pool does not have a barrier. Children of all ages must be supervised at all times in all outdoor spaces. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner liable for any accident. With the pool heater set to 85 degrees, this is generally a comfortable swimming temperature for most. If you request the temperature to be set above 85° there will be a daily charge of $15 billed during your stay.
📍 The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. We highly recommend booking a boat ride to the islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

We understand that many guests prefer the privacy of the pool without having a camera and we suggest covering the camera in the pool area up when you are outside on the Lanai. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should the pool camera be touched and altered. When this occurs, it knocks the camera offline and requires a maintenance person to be called to the residence. If you alter the pool camera or turn it off, you will be charged a maintenance fee. This camera is in place to monitor our lawn services and to ensure there are no trespassers or accidents.
🦎 Our home is located in SWFL, so you are likely to encounter bugs and other wildlife. Common to this area are lizards, burrowing owls, red centipedes, dragon flies, large palmetto bugs (look like cockroaches) and frogs. The property is treated regularly, but you still may encounter them. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for the occasional pest.
2️⃣1️⃣Guests must be 21 to book. Maximum 6 occupancy. No extra guests allowed without pre-approval. Extra guest fee is $75 per night once approved.
🚭NO SMOKING inside the home or garage area. Any smoke or damages found after checkout is subject to a damage fee up to $500.
Property Management Info:
🗑️ ♻️ Garbage runs on Monday mornings. Please take trash and any recycling to the end of the driveway on Sunday mornings or upon your departure. Brown can is trash, green is recycle.
Pool maintenance happens on Wednesdays with Todd.
Our lawn maintenance is up to 1x weekly during the summer with Roberto.
