Great 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Pool home. The river and Gulf of Mexico are just minutes away by boat and you are welcome to bring your own boat. The pool is heated all year round and our warm " Sun " is waiting for you. Our local streets have bike lanes for your pleasure and restaurants and stores are near by. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, in one of the most desirable areas of SE Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. From the dock, you will be on the expanse of the river in 3 minutes at idle speed. It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! Manatees, dolphin, snook, tarpon, mangrove snappers and countless other species are not unusual passing right by your dock! Once up to speed, Sanibel Island beckons just 10 minutes away. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous night...some truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captive Island...and beyond!!!

We loved staying this house! The outdoor area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time even with a few chilly days the fire pit table was great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Jill was very responsive to a couple questions that we had. Can’t wait to come back to this house in the future.
Fresh Royal Red Shrimp from Cape Coral farmers market along with a steak that we grilled and enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool.

We highly recommend this property! It was well kept, pricing was fair, the pool was warm (even when the weather was cool), the outdoor amentities were a big plus for us, especially the propane heated table on cool nights. It was located close enough to go shelling at Sanibel Island and easy to get to many great restaraunts and other things to do. Jilll, the property manager was also very responsive and happy to help.

We spent the week of Christmas 2025 in Florida. Our favorite place in this home was the outdoor area, and the pool. We were lucky with the weather being in the upper 70's low 80's. The house was perfect also, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. This home was perfect for our family of 6.

This was our first time to the area. We could not have been any happier with this home. The home was so clean and well decorated. It had a very homey feeling. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were so nice. We loved the outdoor area and spent most of our time there. We ate every meal outside. We enjoyed watching movies on the outdoor tv while floating in the pool. The pool area was our favorite. The home was equipped with all the essentials for cooking. The master bed was extremely comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We wanted to spend most of our time on Sanibel island. This home was about a 30 minute drive there. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We hope to come back and visit the area again, if so this home will definitely be our go to.

Beautiful home in Cape Coral

A baseball tournament in Fort Myers brought us to Cape Coral. This 4 bedroom house was perfect for two baseball families (2 moms and 4 boys). The house is impeccably maintained outside and inside. The bedrooms and living space are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, a coffeemaker, toaster and many pots and pans. The outside patio, pool and dock were a big hit with the kids. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and the ceiling fans cooled the outside enough to be able to enjoy the space at anytime. The house has many pool toys available (no working beach chairs though). The families look forward to staying in this house again next summer when baseball brings us back to the area!

Our family always enjoy this house!

Beautiful house in just the right location! Everything was in clean and great condition as always. We spent days in the pool, the new pool deck is awesome, the pool in general is awesome! Everything about our visit to Cape Coral/ Ft Myers area was great. The area is getting back together since Ian, great to see progress. Staying here is everything we expected and could ask for during a vacation to FL. Caugh a few catfish, saw dolphins swim past the dock in the morning, rented a boat and had plenty of room to tie it up at the dock. Couldn't ask for anything more, we love staying in this house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of four (7 & 5 year old boys), just wrapped up our stay in this beautiful house. Everything from the description is just as advertised and maybe even better. The owners have thought of so many amenities to make an already nice stay even better. We enjoyed the pool all day long almost every day. We played a few of the games provided in the evenings. We even got a most special treat of watching a pod of dolphins in the canal one night. This family will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place enough!

Great, Relaxing, Perfect for Families, has Everything you need

We had the best stay. This property had everything you could you need from pots and pans, beach towels, pool toys, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, grill, plus plenty of linens and towels for everyone! We had 4 adults and two children ages 8 and 5 and there was plenty of space for us all. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time in it. Location is great as there are several delicious restaurants near by but also close to stores and local markets if you want to stay at home and cook. MN twin spring training facilities aren’t too far either as we went to two games during our stay and we also ventured over to Ft, Meyers Beach Area a few times too! Highly recommend and if we plan another trip back we hope this place is available again!

Pool home on a canal

We had a great 2 month vacation. The location of the home is perfect if you do not want to travel far for restaurants. We found several that we liked all on Del Prado. We never had a bad meal from Mexican at Manarco’s to Japanese steakhouse Sikura. Point 57 was our favorite for American food. Tuesday’s they have steak night that is amazing. Finn’s was also a local favorite for eating outside. An amazing grouper sandwich. Fishing On the canal didn’t do well but we are wondering if it’s the time of year? The house was exactly as seen on line. The property manager was great with responding to the one issue we had and it was taken care of immediately. The house did not disappoint. I would have liked to have a few more wash clothes and towels so I didn’t have to do laundry as often but it wasn’t that big of a deal. We spent most of our time outside and took advantage of the fireplace table when it was cool in January. And used the pool a lot when it warmed up. It was a great vacation and we hate to leave. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

the best spot in SWFL

We absolutely loved this property - amazing pool, dock, every comfort you could need. Lots of seating, pool toys, laundry, safe neighborhood and easy to get to and from. This was our first time in Florida and found it to be a great location for exploring and shopping. Don is great and responsive as the property manager. We will be back in a heartbeat!

Awesome house!

Our family enjoyed this great place to stay during our vacation! Awesome clean and cozy home with pool and dock! Great location! Our young sons had a blast swimming from sun up to sun down in the very nice pool. Watching and playing with them from the covered screened lanai was great! We had a boat for a few days while there and it was delivered and picked up right from the dock! Cruised out to Sanibel lighthouse the first day for anchored beach time. Then next day we cruised all the way down Sanibel Island, anchored for a beach afternoon at Captiva and then through Red Fish Pass up the sound to the river back home. It was a great experience and family memories that will never be forgotten! Awesome home and property! Thank you!

Amazing property

The house was as listed, it is beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything you could possibly need. Don was very easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood is very quiet and my husband loved swimming in the pool while overlooking the river. I will highly recommend this home and hope to return soon.
