The house was very clean, all the appliances were in good working order, all the dishes in good condition. The area was very quiet and in a nice subdivision. Cape Coral traffic itself was messy (because of how the canals were built), but that didn’t take away from or enjoyment. If we go to Cape Coral again would definitely stay here. We went during a time when the pool was too cold to swim in, however the pool was very clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard also was nice, provided some privacy. Thank you!

Maricarmen made us feel like we were the most important people in her life. She was very responsive while we were there and fixed any minor problems quickly. The home was very clean and comfortable with a well-apportioned kitchen. The pool was great being partially in the sun and partially shaded most of the day. We hope to stay there again in the future. The home was beautiful and perfect for our families short stay. Even on these historically cold Florida days, our kids still enjoyed the pool. The communication was always quick and even allowed for an early check in due to an unexpected travel charge. Thank you! We would love to stay again!

Séjour au calme

Très bonne communication avec Maricarmen, qui est très réactive et arrangeante pour chaque situation.La maison est tout confort pour passer des vacances au calme à Fort Myers et visiter la Floride.La piscine est un réel atout dans ce cadre de vacances.
