This delightful, pet friendly, holiday home is ideally located with a short 4 minute walk to beautiful bay beaches and famous Cape Paterson Rock Pool. An easy walk along the beachside footpath to the Cape Tavern, Fish and Chip shop, Surf Life Saving Club, Cafe and shops.
There are 2 bedrooms, with a queen size bed in the master and two singles in the second bedroom (can be pushed together to make a Queen). A fantastic, large open plan living space filled with natural light and a fully equipped modern kitchen with stone bench tops and stools. The living area looks out onto the very large deck and outdoor entertainment area, complete with bbq, couches and an outdoor television!. Festive lights make this an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying your time away. There is also a double garage for your vehicle.
Cape Paterson is a wonderful place to holiday. A beautiful seaside town with fabulous safe beaches, walking tracks. It is less than 15 minutes to drive to the towns of Inverloch and Wonthaggi and an hour and a half drive to Wilson’s Promontory.

This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours.
Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
