A French Style Villa

Avignon Estate has secure access control with a guard housed at the entrance and an electric fence surrounding the estate. This beautiful villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The dining room table seats 10 with a fully equipped kitchen, scullery and dishwasher. There is a open back to back fireplace in the second living/dining room and a large wood burner in the main sitting room.

There are breathtaking views of the sea and Hout Bay from the front shaded patio and mountain views from the north facing back patio/entertainment area.

Bedroom 1 which is the master en-suite bedroom has a full bathroom and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 & 3 are fully equipped and each bedroom is beautifully decorated. These two bedrooms share a full family bathroom.

Bedroom 4 downstairs is a double bed - open plan suite comprising of a full bathroom, living room, seating area and sleeping area.

Each bedroom including the main en-suite has their own fireplace for those cold evenings and a hairdryer for those who forget theirs.

There is a double garage and newly built solar-heated swimming pool which is situated at the back of the property by the outdoor alfresco dining & entertainment area.

The interiors are plush and immaculate throughout and with the expansive open plan chefs kitchen which creates a positive flow.

Full satellite TV package and WiFi available is fibre uncapped. There is also a jungle gym for kids to play which is situated on the estate.

Top quality and very homely

We were so impressed with the quality of every aspect of the property, right from the impressive gated security entrance (yet friendly), to the size of the property (much bigger than the photos suggest). Everything you might need on a family holiday in on hand and good quality. The pool is a great addition to the property and makes it a place you can spend many comfortable hours or use it as the perfect base to explore the area. Megan was always on hand to help us if necessary, so thanks to her for making our stay so very enjoyable.
