I wasn’t able to get to my room till about 10 pm. Everything looked good at first. Until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a bunch of pee on the toilet. If I was with my wife, we would have had to leave. Then I also noticed the bed was broken. On the foot end, part of the frame was on the floor and it was almost a disaster. If with the wife and had romance, it definitely wouldn’t have made it. Only 1 roach, I couldn’t get😢. Besides all that, good location in a safe area and about 15 minute walk to Long street. You have to use a key to get in the room and to lock it while inside. If there was a fire and couldn’t get to your key to unlock the door, you would be in bad shape. Loved the balcony. Fridge and freezer worked great. Plates seemed clean. Tv had Netflix so that was nice. Lastly, no washcloths. They stock shampoo and body wash but no wash cloth. 4 big towels but nothing small. I’m sure different apartments have different cleaning people and people managing but this cleaning person needs fired or retraining. Lastly, ice cube tray but no ice in it. Also, did not complain to owners because what are they gonna do? Have cleaner come over and wipe the toilet? My advice, don’t rent!

A good apartment well sited for Waterfront

This is a nice apartment overlooking a canal. You can follow the canals to walk to the Waterfront in 10 minutes. The only exception is they close the canal the apartment is sited on at 8pm which means waling around via the main roads

O espaço é bem amplo, muito bem localizado, a cerca de 15 minutos andando do V&A. Muitos armários, microondas, máquina de lavar roupa, pratos, taças e talheres. Bem completo. A portaria é 24h, o que traz facilidade e segurança.
