Horrible place

The photos and the reality of the property were so different. The building is located on a busy street which is not safe. The company doesn’t give your bond back.

The space was perfect for my business trip and the internet was better than expected. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to cape Town.

ケープタウン市内に宿泊する際は十分な注意を！

留守中にホテルの従業員(だと思っているが確証は無い)に部屋の中に置いてあったスーツケースやリュック等を開錠され、私物など中身を物色されました。冷蔵庫や衣装棚等も物色された形跡が有りました。パスポート、現金、カード等は書類のあいだや衣服のあいだなどに隠しておいたため、幸いにして何も被害は無かったと思っています。またシステム設定に不備が有り、滞在中フリーWi-Fiがほとんど使えませんでした。毎日、「直してください」と要求したのですが、復旧したのはチェックアウトする一日前でした。従業員教育が全く不徹底で、チェックアウト処理一つ出来ませんでした。マネージャーに直接言って、カギを置いて帰りました。エアコンが使えませんでした。開けて見ると中身はカラ(要するにドンガラだけ)でした。
