i had a serious problem with trying to get hold of the owner. the number on hotels.com was old and the consultants didnt assist me. i wasted a lot of airtime calling them and they were not very helpful. I will never use Hotels.com ever again!

The unit we rented out had a pull out couch as a separate bed, unfortunately the bedding for this was a duvet without a cover and there was blood all over it. When I notified the owner (I assume) she just said there should be others. I notified her that all comforters had the same problem. To me this is absolutely disgusting and a huge health hazard. Wash your duvets and put covers on them.. Location was great though.
