About the home
"Woolamai Waters" is a large family and pet friendly home, located just a five minute walk from the beach and the local General Store, and a short drive from the restaurants, cafes and supermarket in Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs, the large living area (with flat screen 50 inch UHD Google TV) opens into three bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area open into the 2nd living area (with a large flat screen TV) and three more bedrooms, the shared bathroom (with corner spa & a separate toilet) and laundry. There is also access to the downstairs covered deck.
Outdoor Areas
The shaded outdoor living area, with gas BBQ, two outdoor settings, and a hot & cold outdoor shower, overlooks the large fully enclosed yard with ample space for boat parking or 2+ cars, with room for children or pets.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
Each living area has a reverse cycle split system. The upstairs living room has a ceiling fan and the downstairs living room has a coonara-style wood heater (some wood provided to get you started). There are also 6 pedestal fans to be used where required. There are also additional blankets stored in the rooms if required over winter.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 13 beds accommodating up to 19 guests:

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Double bed, three Single beds, one set of Single bunks and a Single trundle bed

If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
