Das Objekt hat eine super Lage. Die insgesamt 5 Wohneinheiten sind kaum zu spüren, da das Anwesen architektonisch gut geplant ist und man die anderen Gäste höchstens am Pool wirklich wahrnimmt. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt. Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit. Wir hatten Appartement D (Parterre), was etwas hellhörig war, wenn die Mieter darüber Stühle gerückt haben oder Wasser laufen ließen. Trotzdem ist das Appartement absolut empfehlenswert, da es zum Beispiel auch eine überdachte Terrasse hat und genügend Grünfläche.
