Three-room vacation house with southwest exposure, overlooking the Stecchi beach, a small and characteristic cove with crystal clear sea, from which it is only 50 meters away. The access to the property is by a private road, used only for the surrounding apartments. The apartment consists of only one floor and has a usable area of approx. 60 sq m. The center of the town of Capoliveri, which offers all the main services, is about 2 km away.
Three-room apartment composed of living room with kitchen/kitchenette and dining area, sofa bed for one person; two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs, from which there is a wonderful sea view of the Stecchi beach. It has private parking for two cars, independent entrance after a short flight of external stairs, TV with digital terrestrial channel reception, air conditioning in the living room, mosquito nets in the rooms, BBQ and all the amenities to take to the beach: umbrella chairs and deck chairs.
