Modern-style chalet located in the mountain area of Caravaca de la Cruz, in a very quiet setting in harmony with nature. It is ideal for disconnecting for a few days or for visiting Caravaca de la Cruz. The house is equipped with all kinds of details, including a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, an office, five bathrooms, a heated seasonal pool (available from May 15th to September 30th), a separate barbecue area with a wood-fired oven, a cinema area, a large open space for children to play, and covered parking. You are only 10 minutes by car from Caravaca de la Cruz, 45 minutes from Murcia, the capital of the region, and about 100 km from Murcia International Airport or the beach. The property is located near Benablón, ten minutes from Caravaca de la Cruz, twenty minutes from snowy areas such as Campo San Juan (Moratalla), and one hour by car from Murcia or the beach.
