Family Friendly Carbondale Mountain House

This is a wonderful family home with all en-suite bathrooms. Large master bedroom with king bed, views of Mt. Sopris and en-suite bathroom on main floor. Bunk room on second floor sleeps 5 and second floor guest room includes an additional king bed, both with their own en-suite bathroom. Basement bedroom includes a queen bed and full shower bath. Basement family room is a great space for watching movies, playing ping pong or getting some work done away from home at a roomy desk. Main floor includes a gourmet eat-in kitchen, laundry room, mud room, living room and family room. Backyard has a comfortable patio and grill with views of Mount Sopris. Our home is close to tennis courts, trails, bike paths in the River Valley Ranch neighborhood right off of highway 133. It’s only 40 minutes drive to Aspen, 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs and just walking distance to Main Street in Carbondale. The backyard does back up to the RVR golf course parking lot, however it is still quiet and private.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
