There are multiple spacious living areas throughout the home. The comfortably furnished living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and overlooks Mount Sopris and the surrounding mountains. The media room and bright sun room are furnished with unique log furnishings. These cozy spaces are great for game night or stealing a quiet moment with your favorite book.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen features stone countertops, high end appliances, double ovens and a breakfast nook for 2. The elegant dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably seats 8.

The primary bedroom suite inspires relaxation with a comfortable king bed, private access onto the front deck with magnificent views, and an en suite bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or a relaxing steam shower after an adventurous day of skiing or exploring the Valley.

There are two comfortable guest bedrooms, both featuring a queen bed, and the media room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, which sleeps an additional 2 guests.

HOUSE RULES
You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Please take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
D. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
E. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons above the maximum occupancy of the home may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
F. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
G. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
L. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without.
N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
P. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
R. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
T. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure.
U. Damage Protection Policy: A mandatory fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, you shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Breathless Luxury

The website pictures cannot do this home justice. With a spacious layout and "eye-candy" views throughout, this is quite the mountain (i.e., worship) experience. The kitchen is well-stocked and friendly to use. Pet friendly with a fenced lawn. We couldn't have had a better stay, location, or experience!

Great Weekend In the Mountains

The property was fantastic, well equipped with a gorgeous view! We went as a group of 4 friends, one couple had a 3 month old baby. It was perfect for us, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, including pots, pans, knives, spices, oil, food processor, etc. The living/dining/kitchen was well laid out and felt very functional, and there were plenty of games/puzzles as well. The master bedroom was huge, and the other bedrooms were a nice size as well. The deck was beautiful and had a great view of what we think is Snowmass Mountain. We skied/rode at Snowmass as well, and the commute was about 30 minutes, what we expected. The yard was fully fenced and there were deer everywhere, we saw many every day. Overall it was a great stay for our group!

Amazing choice!

Amazing views, open concept layout inside, fenced in yard (great for dogs) and close to Carbondale and El Jebel for food options. Went skiing in Snowmass both days and it’s a quick easy drive.

Great location with views

Really enjoyed the location. House is great and close to things we wanted to do. Was a bit concerned about the pest control device in the fenced in yard so had to keep an eye on the dog when he was outside so he didn't bother it. Deck furniture was plentiful and loved the master shower; tons of fresh towels and bathrobes. Plenty of dishes and utensils. We would use this place again.

Fun getaway

The facility was excellent, and exactly as pictured. It was great to wake up with a view of Mount Sopris, and end the day on the front deck with the same view. We had a minor issue with no hot water the first night we arrived, but the property manager did a great job of diagnosing the problem and leading us through the steps to reset the hot water heater. They also refunded 30% of the cost of our first night’s stay for the inconvenience. Very considerate of them. We would go there again.

Skip the nightmare

The house is poorly maintained by the management. We arrived to no hot water and no heat in the house. My husband fixed the problem, saving the owner the cost of a plumber. It took all night before the 90 gallon water heater tank heated up. We finally could take a shower with hot water! The house is heated by a hot water recirculation system in the flooring. It took until late the next morning before the house was warm. The trash is kept in the garage because of bear activity. Upon arrival, the trash cans were completely full and overflowing. The garage smelled really bad all week, because the trash pickup day was at the end of our stay. The following day, the internet went out and for almost two days we had no TV, no computer, and no phone. Because of business, we really need access to our computer. This was extremely frustrating. Also you have all of these TVs but you can't use them because of no internet. We were given two and a quarter rolls of toilet paper for a three bedroom/three bathroom house. We asked for a reasonable refund of one days rate and received a fraction of what we asked. Overall the management was not helpful or friendly except for one young lady named Jordan who was great. You won't be able to talk with the primary manager or the homeowner. The house could be nice and it has a beautiful view, but not worth the aggravation of poor maintenance and poor management. Skip the nightmare and find a better managed house.

What an amazing property, with amazing views! We were looking for a house that was convenient to the area’s activities, but also something that was peaceful, serene and provided an escape into nature. When we stepped onto the deck, overlooking the beautiful green fields, the valley and Mt. Sopris, we knew this house was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures do not capture the beauty of the views from the deck and house. It’s amazing - felt like we were in the Alps. Saw lots of deer in the yard and from the deck. The house itself was also great, super well stocked and even had a smoker alongside the bbq. Plenty of blankets, towels, extra pillows, books and games. It’s about a 5 minute drive down the hill and just another couple minutes to groceries, etc. Great location for activities in Aspen as well as up towards Glenwood Springs. 5 stars all around.

Dreamy Mountain Getaway

We chose this property in Carbondale when we had a family ranch wedding to attend nearby. This house was perfect for our little family. Our children had their own room and could run around in the yard. The house was one of the cleanest VRBO‘s I have rented yet, they did a wonderful job and I have very high standards for what clean is. Kudos to that team. The house is beautiful and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into it. The view is stunning I could sit on that patio for hours. Kitchen was stocked with all you need to cook and grocery stores and a nice park are a short drive down the road in El Jebel/Basalt area. There is plenty to do in summers in Carbondale. I highly recommend the rodeo on Thursday nights. Wonderful property and felt right at home!!!!

Amazing Relaxing Stay

This is probably one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at in CO, and I’ve stayed at a lot! The layout of the house is great and our group had plenty of private space and group space to hang out in. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot with AMAZING views every morning and evening. Kitchen had enough appliances to cook meals and everything was very clean. This space was also very dog friendly and we really appreciated the fully fenced in yard. It was a very relaxing, wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend this space and stay here again.

Beautiful property

Two couples and one infant in our stay. The view of the Roaring Fork Valley and Mt. Sopris is absolutely incredible. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset does not disappoint! We loved the spaciousness and comfort of the house. It's a short, 10 minute drive down to El Jebel where you can get everything you need including groceries, the RFTA bus, and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back ourselves.

Wonderful place

This property is fantastic in so many ways. The setting and views are amazing, it is spacious and peaceful and it was only half hour or less to ski areas. I would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in the mountains!

We booked this property while we were in town for a family wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Quaint, quiet, relaxing with the most gorgeous views. The house was immaculate and close to grocery stores/attractions etc. Couldn't recommend enough!
