A shower room with a walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet. The villa is well insulated and has electric heating making it comfortable all year round. The property shares a 3150m² plot with the owners’ house of which 350m² is a private garden for the villa including lawns, wooden terrace, seating area with stone built barbecue and plenty of parking.
