The villa where the S’arenada 1P (First Floor) apartment is located is surrounded by a large farm of about 7000 square meters of vineyards, olive groves, citrus groves and several pomegranate trees (from which this property takes its name). It is about 600m from the Museddu beach and about 2km from Cardedu.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of: kitchen, living room overlooking a large veranda, double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

The property includes a large barbecue area and a private garden.

Finally, there is the possibility of renting the other two apartments located on the ground floor for numerous guests.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die gesamte Ferienwohnung war frisch renoviert und sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Strand ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele schöne Strände und Buchten in der näheren Umgebung, die sich nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichen lassen. Besonders angetan hat es uns die große Terrasse, die zum gemeinsamen Abendessen und Verweilen einlädt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
