Nettes Landhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und dem dazugehörigen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Kein hoher Standard, aber viel Ruhe, viel Platz und gute Lage.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit mehr als ausreichend Platz. Große Terrasse.Gepflegter Garten mit schönen Bäumen und Pflanzen.Parken ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus möglich. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Super Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Villa liegt wunderbar. Cardedu und Umgebung sind touristisch nicht überlaufen, bieten aber sehr schöne und unterschiedliche Strände (Sand / Kies / Fels) mit herrlich klarem Wasser. Auch die Berge sind für Wanderer gut erreichbar. Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, vor allem auch durch die Terrasse und den riesen Garten, den man nutzen kann. Küche und Waschmaschine sind recht neu. Alles andere ist eher einfach/rustikal (Plastikmöbel auf der Terrasse) oder in die Jahre gekommen (Bad und Möbel innen). Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Wir hatten zu allen Tageszeiten sehr viele Stechmücken im Garten. Im Haus hielt es sich aber in Grenzen, weil alle Fenster Fliegengitter haben. An einigen Stellen der Wand befanden sich bei Ankunft Hundehaare. Dies wurde aber auf Nachfrage ganz schnell behoben. Auch wenn das in der Objekt-Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird, gibt es WLAN im Haus. Fazit: Super Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Traumhaft!

Ideale Lage zum sehr schönen Strand (600 m zu Fuß), 2 bis 3 km zum täglichen Einkauf in Cardedu oder Bari Sardi, diverse Restaurants in der Nähe, schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind die Wucht: super ausgestattet, riesiger Garten mit Zitronen, Feigen, Oliven, Kaktusfeigen. Das Umland bietet viele Strände, aber auch die Möglichkeit, interessante Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Die Ogliastra ist in unseren Reiseführern unterrepräsentiert: das kann gerne so bleiben, denn am letzten Urlaubstag waren wir im Süden (Chia...): ziemlich touristisch und landschaftlich bei weitem nicht so schön. Und Alessandro, unser Vermittler, ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Typ, reagiert innerhalb kürzester Zeit, gibt Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem: 5 Sterne PLUS! Achtung: für Katzenhasser und Hundeliebhaber ungeeignet
