The hotel is situated very centrally, with easy access to the city centre. The mattress is THE MOST comfortable we slept on in hotels recently! We had a very restful night followed by a nice breakfast in the restaurant with a lovely city view.
Centrally located, 2 mins from railway station. Overall very good hotel.
Breakfast expensive - go across road to weatherspoons for a much lower cost and better breakfast for a fiver!!

High floor number - elevators were very busy/slow - not sure if any were out of service.

Used self check in on arrival which was good but staff walked past several times without an hello and we also used self check out and again no goodbye. So we had zero interaction with staff which didn’t appear very welcoming. The window in the room looked into the interior of the building and into other windows so didn’t feel very private. Room has been updated since I last stayed but it still feels quite unmanaged, scuff marks on walls, toilet seat coming of the toilet etc. The whole place just needs that bit more attention to detail.
