The elegant dining room with its crackling wood burner sets the scene for memorable meals. The adjoining breakfast room leads into a character-rich kitchen, equipped with a range cooker, American-style fridge freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, and a double air fryer, combining style with practicality.

Relax in the beautifully furnished sitting room with Smart TV and wood burner, ideal for cosy evenings. A downstairs toilet adds convenience.

Upstairs, six stunning bedrooms await, a super king master with Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe, and deluxe en-suite. Two more en-suite bedrooms (king and double). Three additional rooms (double, queen, and twin) sharing two luxurious bathrooms with baths and one with an overhead shower.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the Manor House, the Pheasantry, a charming self-contained wing with its own kitchen, living room, en-suite double room, twin bedroom, and bathroom, can be included or separated for added privacy—just let us know your preference!

The grounds are open to guests of the Manor House and shared with others on the estate. However, your private patio offers an exclusive space with dining furniture for al fresco moments.

The heated outdoor pool is available from May to October, daily from 10:00?am to 8:00?pm, and is shared with other estate guests.
