Booked an executive room which surprisingly came with access to executive lounge which was a surprise. This included free drinks and canapés between 5-7 . This was really nice. Room was on 16 th floor which had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bit noisy but room was lovely and clean with great free amenities all in all a really lovely hotel would definitely stay again
Booked a 1 night stay in a standard room, there was an initial problem with heater making a loud noise, we reported it to reception desk who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded us to monument view room which was very unexpected, the room was exceptional, the staff are exceptional and we will most definitely be booking again in the very near future.
Receptionist knew nothing about parking, so phoned a colleague.
Room had broken curtain track, broken curtain hooks, curtains didn’t join, no chairs to sit on, one loo roll, dirty bathroom, all a bit grim.
Was disappointed with room. Very basic ,big stain on carpet and the beds were very hard. Booked a superior room.the view was nice but nothing superior about room
