Outside, the fully enclosed courtyard garden includes a useful outdoor food preparation area and comfortable garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors.

There are several beaches nearby with Llantwit Major beach being just over a mile from Rexton House – a quick drive away or a lovely cross-country walk. The beach is a popular destination for surfers and those looking to escape the crowds and to simply enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Rexton House is 40 minutes drive from Cardiff, the vibrant capital of Wales, with retail opportunities, museums, art venues and restaurants, as well as attractions including Cardiff Castle, Bute Park and the Principality Stadium.
