Staff very helpful and friendly - easy to find - good parking - room lovely BUT the air conditioning did not work and the room was so hot sleep wasn’t possible Staff apologised and explained the system was being upgraded I will stay again but only when the AC is working 😊

Another great stay at TY Magor. Only one thing the benches outside seems to have been moved to the outside of reception this is not a good look for the hotel and the noise from the people using these benches directly outside is not good,this to be honest only happens now and then but it would be a good idea to fix these benches to the side,where they would still benefit the people who like to smoke and have a drink outside and wouldn’t disturb the other guests.

What a find I loved my stay here it was very easy to find plenty of parking and even charging points which I didn’t realise until I left. On arrival at reception where I received a lovely friendly professional check in. My room (201) was a good size a lovely bathroom which was very clean the room was very quiet I didn’t experience any noise interference and check out was very good to the price was amazing and if I have any events in Cardiff I will definitely book here again.
