We had a great stay at this hotel with our 2 kids. The pool was great, since it was cold it was great that it was indoor. The pool area had its own bathroom and was kept very clean. The breakfast buffet really surprised me with how clean it was, how many options they had and how often they were restocking and cleaning the area. It was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. The room itself was nice and clean as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Homewood Suites. Very nice, clean, comfortable. Staff are friendly. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Neighborhood is safe. Now, as for the lighting in the rooms. The lightbulbs are brighter than the sun. No dimmers or way around it. Every lightbulb is so bright. Soft light or one dimmer would be great. Otherwise, I will be staying again.

My stay was very pleasant, very relaxed no noise, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a fantastic wide range of facilities and parking, very easy to get everywhere in town, no traffic at all.

No toilet paper, the kitchen was missing item such as glasses, plates, no ice baskets. We asked front desk to bring stuff but the person refused since she was the only person working there. I had to go downstairs to get toilet paper. Although I saw two people at the front desk when I got there. The room was not ready for guests. We chose this hotel for a higher expectation since we stayed here many time in the past, the most expensive hotel in this area. This is very disappointed and we won’t come back again.

The room was clean and coffee was good. Just about everything else was not. Staff at check in was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. Pillows were extremely poor quality and upon asking for a few more we were told the hotel has none since everyone is asking for more! Mattress on the pullout couch is beyond thin and worn out and made for two sleepless nights. Cushion on the pullout couch had a huge stain that was just flipped over! We were four adults in the room but were provided with only three bath towels! And when we asked for more we were told to go downstairs to pick them up!
