This unit was designed and built for privacy and comfort. You may rarely see us but we're here for you if you need us. Keyless entry allows to to arrive whenever you like. Lighted entry up to front door. Lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening glass of wine while you watch the sunset. Studio will be perfectly clean and ready for you. Washer/dryer in garage (under) for your exclusive use. A patio at the entry is for your exclusive use. There is a walk-in closet and a desk being added if you have to work while enjoying the San Diego coast. The space is comfortable, decorated in peaceful, neutral colors. Everything you need is there. If it isn't, please ask. There is a 44" TV with access to most streaming services. There is also a Bluetooth speaker for music. The counter height refrigerator and small appliances will allow you to prepare meals but there is no stove. The area is a family neighborhood and very quiet and safe. The unit is about 3 miles from some of the most beautiful beaches imaginable. About 4 miles to LegoLand, 20 miles to San Diego Zoo, 25 miles to SeaWorld, the quaint villages of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, and Oceanside. Carlsbad Outlet Mall is about 5 miles away. But, beyond all of that, the weather is pretty nice most days. Average temperatures range from 63F to 74F. Nights can get down in the 40's sometimes, so bring a jacket or sweater. We don't have much rain but it's possible particularly in the winter or during an El Nino, you may need an umbrella. I'll always do my best to insure a good stay. There is one off street parking space in my driveway. Super host on other short term rental platforms as well as 5 star reviews from every guest for 5 years. There are 14 stairs to the entry so anyone with ambulation issues may have a difficult time navigating them. No pets please due to allergies and my own dog on the property who is territorial and barks at other dogs. No smoking of any kind.
