It was very disappointing that the pool was cold and jacuzzi not working. Felt like this should be a higher priority for guests. May influence future choices. Nice rooms although price seemed high.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the property itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had was the hot tub not working wish they would tell you online. But I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, but hot tub was out of service.

The hotel and location are great. Staff is friendly and attentive. The hot tub was "out of service" for the entire stay. I always book a place has one, so that was disappointing.

I was disappointed that I booked a king, premium Ocean view and was placed on the first floor, and could hardly see the ocean. I couldn’t open my window because the screen was broken. The staff was not very customer friendly. They acted like I was bothering them.

1. I requested connecting rooms. Instead I was given adjacent rooms. That's not the same thing. 2. When I made the reservation, I was not told there would be a parking fee. $22! 3. The thermostat was almost impossible to read.
