This 40 m² cottage is attached to the owners' house. After climbing five steps, you'll reach the "Géranium" cottage, which sleeps two and features reversible air conditioning. The entrance opens onto a kitchen (with a small refrigerator, two induction hobs, and a microwave) which leads into a living/dining room with a sofa bed, television, and Wi-Fi internet access. The living room also includes a 160x200 cm bed, and you'll appreciate the quality of the separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and heated towel rail (washing machine). There is a separate toilet. After your day's activities, you can relax in the 20 m² unfenced garden extension in front of the cottage, furnished with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is available upon request. End-of-stay cleaning: €50, towels: €8 per person, bed linen: €10 per bed, pet supplement: €5 per day. This cozy retreat is very close to the most beautiful tourist sites in the Périgord region: Sarlat (a medieval town with exceptional heritage, 15 km away), Castelnaud Castle, Beynac and Milandes Castles, Montfort and Fénelon Castles, the village of La Roque-Gageac, the fortified town of Domme in the Dordogne Valley, and Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (Capital of Prehistory), the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac on the Vézère Valley, as well as Rocamadour and the Padirac Cave in the Lot region... The cottage is located near the Dordogne River; an ideal spot to fully enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, and canoeing, not to mention hiking and cycling.

Come and share a moment with the owners' animal companions: donkeys, chickens, horses, cows, and dogs. This cottage will allow you to relax and recharge during your stay in the Périgord region.
